Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments are recommended to guarantee availability. Walk-ins are welcome based on current availability but may involve a wait.

• Appointment times are estimates; grooming duration varies by breed, coat condition, and service.
• Please arrive within 10 minutes of your scheduled time. Late arrivals may be shortened or rescheduled.
• We require a valid phone number to confirm appointments and send reminders.

Pet Health & Safety

For the safety of your pet, our staff, and other animals in the salon:

• Pets must be up to date on required vaccinations. Please bring records if requested.
• Inform us in advance of any health conditions, allergies, medications, or behavioral concerns, including aggression or anxiety.
• Matted, neglected, or heavily soiled coats may require extra time and additional fees.
• We reserve the right to refuse or stop a service if a pet's safety or the safety of staff is at risk.

Pricing & Payment

• Prices are starting estimates and may vary based on coat condition, size, temperament, and requested style.
• Final pricing is confirmed before service begins whenever possible.
• We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and contactless payments.
• Payment is due at the time services are rendered.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We understand plans change. To help us serve all clients fairly:

• Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
• Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require a deposit to hold future appointments.
• Deposits, where required, are applied to your service total.

JD’s Club Loyalty Program

JD’s Club is LaMagna’s Dog Grooming’s loyalty program for qualifying grooming visits.

After 5 qualifying grooming appointments, the customer will receive 50% off their 6th qualifying groom.

To remain eligible and continue progressing toward the reward, customers must follow the required grooming schedule and rebooking guidelines established by LaMagna’s Dog Grooming. If the required schedule is broken or the customer does not rebook within the qualifying timeframe, their JD’s Club progress may reset.

Rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless specifically approved by LaMagna’s Dog Grooming.

LaMagna’s Dog Grooming reserves the right to modify or discontinue the JD’s Club program at any time.

Personal Belongings

Please remove collars, leashes, tags, and personal items before drop-off. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings left with pets.

Photos & Marketing

With your permission, we may photograph grooms for our gallery and social media. You may decline at any time by letting our staff know.

Liability

LaMagna's Dog Grooming takes every precaution with your pet. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, stress-related reactions, or issues that arise from undisclosed health or behavioral problems. In the rare event of an incident, we will contact you immediately.

SMS Messaging Terms

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

By opting in to receive SMS messages from LaMagna’s Dog Grooming, you may receive messages related to appointment requests, appointment updates and reminders, customer service, grooming services, review requests, and, when separately authorized, promotional offers.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance or contact LaMagna’s Dog Grooming at 516-502-6000.

Consent to receive promotional or marketing text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services or requesting an appointment.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Pickup Policy

Once you are notified by text or phone that your pet is ready, you have one hour to pick them up. After one hour, a late pickup fee of $1 per minute will apply.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
