Club Rules
The fine print, in plain English
- Appointments must remain within the recommended 4–8 week schedule.
- Customers must rebook their next appointment to continue progressing.
- If more than 8 weeks passes between qualifying appointments, loyalty progress resets.
- If the customer does not rebook, loyalty progress resets.
- Complete 5 consecutive qualifying grooms to receive the reward.
- The 6th qualifying groom is 50% OFF.
- Existing customers receive $10 OFF their next groom for every qualifying referral.
- Referred customers receive $20 OFF their first groom.
- Rewards cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
